A very nice trip along the canal today in the company of two other boats. The weather was good and the wind kept the midges at bay. There were plenty of people to help us and the other boats and we arrived here just after 1230.

We tied up to have some lunch and decide whether to stay in the basin for the night or make our way to Ardfern. We have a great spot next to the sea lock so we have to stayed put. It’s a beautiful evening here in – such a picturesque place and it is looking stunning just now.

We are leaving at 0830 tomorrow to catch the tide north and should be in Kerrera just after lunch.
